A: Yes! the Helios Gaming PC will come plug and play ready. It will have all software and drivers installed. Just make sure you have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse so you can play!
Q: Is the VRLA Tech Helios Gaming PC upgradeable?
A: Absolutely, all of our PCs are upgradeable as long as the parts that you want to upgrade are compatible with the motherboard.

A: Yes!
Q: Does the VRLA Tech Helios Gaming PC come with WiFi?
A: Yes!
Q: Does the VRLA Tech Helios Gaming PC come with Bluetooth?
A: Yes!
Q: If I upgrade to “2 x fans” will I get 4 fans?
A: No, your PC will come installed with the exact amount of fans that you choose in the upgrade options. This means if you select “2 fans” you will receive 2 fans, not 2 fans in addition to the 2 fans that are included in your build. You must choose the total number of fans you want in the customization options.
Q: What is the difference between RGB and LED fans?
A: RGB fans change colors while LED fans stay glowing white. You can watch this video for more information.
Q: Can I choose a different case?
A: We are happy to make any changes to your PC that you want. Please contact us and let us know which case you would like to use and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: Can my PC have Windows 10 activated instead of Windows 11?
A: Absolutely, please contact us so we can make the change to your order.
Q: Does the VRLA Tech Helios Gaming PC come as pictured?
A: Please check all the pictures. We have pictures that show the PC with upgrade options, standard, as well as different case colors. Please click the image and read the caption to see what your PC will look like.
Q: Does the VRLA Tech Helios Gaming PC have a warranty?
A: Yes! All PCs have a 1 year warranty. Please click here for more information
Q: Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address?
A: No, we do not ship to an address that is not on file with your credit card provider. If you would like to place an order and ship to a different address you can contact your credit card provider and add an additional address to your account or you can place your order with shipping to the billing address and contact us to ship your order to your nearest FedEx pickup location.
Q: What company do you ship with? Will I be required to sign for delivery?
A: All orders are shipped with FedEx Ground or FedEx Express depending on the shipping method that you choose at checkout. You will be required to sign for delivery so please track your order to make sure you are home for delivery.
Q: Am I able to pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
A: Yes. Please place your order and contact us so we can set up an appointment for pickup. If you are charged for shipping upon checkout you will be refunded your shipping fee once your order is picked up.
Q: If I change the components in my PC after I receive it will it void my warranty?
A: Yes, the warranty that is attached to your PC is only applicable to the components that your PC comes with. If you make changes to the components you will void your warranty.
Q: Can I overclock my PC?
A: Yes, you may overclock your PC but please note that overclocking will void your warranty.
Q: I am located outside of the USA, will the power cable work anywhere?
A: No, the power cable is compatible with USA power outlets. You will need to purchase an adapter that will fit into your required power outlet.

I have a friend with this pc and he recommended it to me, so I decided to check it out. I have never heard of VRLA before so I a little spectacle, but then that I see the prices on these pc’s I was thinking about buying one myself because these computer looked like they were really a bang for your buck.

I’ve had my Helios a little over a year and I love it! Great build, great system, very easy to get inside of and work on if and when needed. The cable management is so clean!
Mine actually ended up having the motherboard go bad (Asus Z490A Prime), but VRLA addressed this issue and worked with me to resolve it! Management is very polite and a pleasure to speak with.
I recommend VRLA computers to anyone looking to purchase a new system! They’re an amazing company and will give you the best product and service.

I just received my Helios yesterday and I will say it was perfect I have no complaints customer service was very helpful to my only complaint is how my anytimes you have to call to get ahold of someone and I wish the shipping process between VRLA tech and fedex had better tracking instead of waiting for the tracking number to change from pending to a ship date. Overall though I would recommend any pc from this site. I upgraded ram, fans, cpu cooler, lian li strimer plus, and a Bluetooth adapter

Finally got my Helios and I must say I am beyond impressed!! This beast can hold it’s own with any game I throw at it so far! While the wait was long (16 weeks) I can understand why with the current chip shortage along with the CoVid-19 restrictions. The wait was definitely worth it and the staff at VRLA did an awesome job with EVERYTHING!!! Highly recommend buying this PC.

Much like many people I was looking into system integrators because of the lack of components to build my own. It was then I saw the piece LTT did and their review peaked my interest. Now that I have the system in my hands I will say this. The cable and wiring was perfection with optimal routing and aesthetics. The fans were also put in a correct push/pull configuration that would make Steve from GN proud. My version of windows was the current build so there was no need to update and the Nvidia driver was only 2 builds old, but with how often they have been patching the 30 series cards drivers this was more then acceptable. Only changes I would make would be to the website to allow more options, like mother boards as an example. That though comes with time. Keep up the strong work.
